biker tries to claim insurance after admitting fault

Said Cheng: "After admitting he was at fault, he decided to pay for the damages. After sending car for quote for the damages, he decided to back out & refuses to pay.

 

"Seeing that it was a small amount, my father decided not to pursue further, repair the car, and did not file the claim report."

 

But a few weeks later, a surveyor approached Cheng's father about the biker's insurance claims.

 

"He claimed he was hit by my father and changed the entire story!" said the STOMPer.

 

"I found out from the surveyor that the bike's insurance was not under his name. Instead it was registered under a Chinese man."

 

The family is still waiting to hear about the outcome from the surveyor.

 

"I'm just sharing this incident with other motorists so that they can be more alert on the roads," he added.

Just pass the claim to the insurer and let the insurer defend the claim.
