1.letter from employer and

2.letter of indemnity

for the defer ICT??

My employee need them by dont know what to do. Any HR personnel can help??

Dun know lei. I submit by ns.sg. they ask me to fax them these 2 letters.

Judging by what you've typed, you're the boss and your employee (i.e. somebody under you) wants to defer ICT?

I m the employer.1st time defer, not very sure what to do.

What is that indemenity letter for?? Should be written by employer or employee??
