Got a question to ask all anyway...

I just changed my rear sprocket to 39 instead of the original's 43 due to the reason i prefer more smoothness in my ride than fast pick up. But i notice now while riding, the speedo shows for eg, 80km/h, the feeling is like 90++ or 100km/h when i am still using the 43 sprocket. Do i need to re-calibrate my speedo? if so, where? i am quite blur over this "situation"... :cheeky:

Pls enlighten me brothers. Thank you. :cheer:

If you changed your rear sprocket from 43 to 39 the difference are:

1st Gear: +4 kph to speedometer reading

2nd:+7 kph to speedometer reading

3rd:+9 kph to speedometer reading

4th:+11 kph to speedometer reading

5th:+13 kph to speedometer reading

6th:+15 kph to speedometer reading

This is based on gearing calculator, but for me it's near accurate.

I have a gearing formula from internet also, i just get the difference but not the value. Anyway, I also changed sprocket and then i compared it on a stock raider yet the difference from formula and actual is almost the same.

Hey guys, does anyone know what is the ideal sprocket to use for raider150? I dislike the stock's rear 43t, and although i am using rear 39 now, and its reduces a lot of vibrations, but i also dislike the powerless feeling. Seems like every gear i change, the bike's engine will jerk as if there is no power. Realise the worse thing is, my FC became only 34km/L.... :help:

So anyone can give me a recommendation of which sprocket combi to use both front and rear? thanks a million!

c'est la vie~
