Aku ada problem sket with my wave:

Last week when unscrewing the plug to drain out engine oil, i noticed that after the initial turn to loosen the plug, the remaining turn- which normally can be done by hand- is quite tight. I needed to use spanner- with quite some strength- to unscrew it all the way. When fixing back the plug after darining, i also must screw in all the way using spanner. The problem is that it cant be tightened. I juz kept turning but no "bite".

 

So i turn more gently till feel bit "bite" then stopped and filled new oil. Later on i noticed after parking for a period that there is oil drip below the engine.

 

Went to LAB n bought a new plug n Ah Boy advised me to go to his workshop(kallang) n get his mech to fix it.

 

The apek mech told me that after he remove my old plug n drain the oil, need to change new oil (the 1 i juz changed was Maxima Xtra-$21!). I got no choice n agreed to use Putoline (semi-synth) he has in stock. But he didnt solve the problem totally coz i noticed still got oil leaking mark under engine(about 1-2 drops per hour).

 

I need suggestions how to rectify this. Thanks.
