semua barang2 kerperluan asas dah siap? kalo lum siap leh ajaak puteri gunung pi last min shopping....

tapi paling important to POISTURE bila riding k.....

werd of advice (even aku tak pernah gi touring wif bike tat far) have a very good rest today

apa2 nawaitu mesti ada...

haiyah...

 

seriously takde mood nak keje niari. dah lah bangun lambat. then tadik macam nak corner masuk carpark polyclinic je.

tapi tak jadik lah.. pasal takde apa apa yang sakit selain mata dan otak. :lol:
