Alrite, i think i will get a new rectifier and try. Get it push start again and measure the battery voltage during engine idle and rev. If situation still same then will get the battery change as well.

Thanks for your valuable advises.

Update us again about your progress. Wish you best of luck. :)

I'm not sure whether my S4 is suffering the rectifier problems.. Mine went dead 2 weeks ago while I was driving on the Highway, the meter and to flick on/off . When I stop, the bike was totally dead. Mechanic said my battery was flat but rectifier still OK.. 2 days ago while I want to Cameron Highland, my bike died again with the same symptom. The new Yuasa battery FRIED again (10days old).. Another mechanic said same thing Current in and out from Rectifier are OK. No other symptom like light got brighter. It happen twice while long distance. Now I Got new battery again.. Could it be the coil ?? I've got a spare rectifier to change but haven't change cos I'm afraid the coil could fried both and kena  .. Any Advice ?

Anybody experience coil problem ?

Thanks

Mine had the same problem.. That means your rectifier is half dead and it is supplying more electricity to your battery.. Your battery is dying fast...

My mechanic told me my battery dead but Rectifier OK. So I change a Yuasa battery RM200 ... All OK for 10 days not knowing it's frying my new battery. Finally when my new battery died 10 days later I check my battery bloated on the side wall.. Again the next mechanic change new battery and check Rectifier OK.. This must b symptom for dying rectifier.. It only overcharge when u travel long distance, that means the rectifier fails when it is HOT..

Now I fixed new Rectifier before the 2nd battery got fries again. Also fixed a Voltmeter...
