The seal is made of acrylic rubber instead of the nitrile rubber(stock-max temp 100~120°C approx). Clutch side designation is TC 12 21 4; gear side is TC 11.6 24 10. For gear side I have found a direct replacement while clutch side I found SC 12 21 4. Basically the diff between TC and SC is that the TC design has a dust exclusion lip while the SC doesn't have.

 

I was thinking that since there is no chance of dust going into the clutch side then use SC can liao.

Mah have the seals but I want higher temperature ones. The ones I've got can tahan up to 140°C. These are made of better quality rubber. But only gear side clutch side dun have. I had ordered about 20 pcs, will be coming in end of the month. about $2.60 each.

Ytd, I was travelling on PIE exiting Bedok Reservoir, I saw a MadAss riding pass me heading towards changi. I horned @ him, wanting to get his attn. Ended up, everyone turned to look @ me, wondering what is going on, except for the MadAss rider.

Matt black one, I think carplate is 70 (or something with a 7 and 0)... If its you, own up... Hahaha.

Bro.. would suggest you not to go around "horning" at asses until we arrange a "GET TOGETHER"meeting. Your friendly gesture might not be accepted by the other ass which was "horned" by u.... it might ended up with 2 asses racing down the high way... ke.ke.ke..k....e...

Have anyone changed their spark cable? I managed to get a set of spiral core 9mm cable.. said to boost ignition power up to 10x???!!!! Again this is a marketing ad lah... Cable is yellow in color & the plug cap is red in color. Swee..swee!!.... fits my ass color nicely...

 

$20 only!!! Bought from a forumer.. nice chap ..even deliver to my office downstairs. Item is brand new.

 

Yet to fix it.. dun knw can d.i.y.. or got to ask mech to fix it...no instructions manual.. any buddies here can give tips or advise if any????

ha.ha.ha.... nw the item can be used on yr ass. Any idea hw to fix it? I noticed the cap is longer than the stock cap. Since it's made of rubber.. was thinking to cut it shorter.... any issue in cutting it.. is it ok?

if u could get the dimension of the seal wol be good...maybe u can get a few then, sure some of us here will need it in future including myself...hehehee..then i dnt have to hunt high and low for it....get for me one if its the correct size and cn have it for spare..
