Hi guys, have been riding madass for 3 yrs.. And now need some help, my electric start spolit... Any idea how much does it's cost to fix? Can pm me? Another prob, whenever I travelling at 90plus km, maintain my speed, if I close my throttle slowly to slow down and open my throttle again, mybike will suddenly died on me... Been to a few shops and they can't figure out why... Nw I only dare to travel at 80km/ hr... Then no problem... Anyone knw why?

Last problem, my rear wheel almost came off at expressway , due to the main nut loosen!!! WTF... Almost gt kill!!! So ppl riding madass, pls be careful, tis bike is really mad!! Muahhaahaha

Ok back to the subject, the electric starter might be due to several things i.e. battery, spark plug, etc. If its the starter itself should be less than $100. (Any repairs cheap la for this bike!)

 

As for the nuts, buy a liquid glue called "lock tight" or something like that. put it on ALL SCREW threads then screw in the nuts. It will hold the nuts better and won't loosen that easy.

 

As for your bike dying, might be the carburetor. Try servicing/clean the carb. How did your bike die? Is it the engine or even the meter/lights?

i think so too..bro i advice you to get a set of lock nut and just replace all the nuts in your bike.

is the kick start is working ? and the estart is not working and ur lights are all working fine ..then maybe your fuse blow ..the fuse is only about 2-3 bucks..but to replace it the labour will be about 10-20 bucks go to your fav bike shop.. ask them to check fuse 1st ..

Guys, at lst planning to bring my bike to ss motoring to fix up all the problems... Guess my bike bui tahan alrdy, today half way at kje, bike suddenly died without no reason, heng no car behind me... Or else up the lorry!! Gd madass!! Well done!!!

Quickly park at one side... Try to kick start... Can't... It's like jam... In the end, call yeo frm ss, he saymight be piston jam Liao.... Holy god.... Dnt knw need to spend hw much again...

piston alone cannot can't be. Must be with engine block. Plus con-rod?

 

If not much damage to cylinder. Piston I think should be less than $50 plus pin/rings. It should be using those kup kia piston.

mad ass engine ..read somwhere is actually a honda cub engine. so repairs is easily available..

haha..ask u to scrap...why.he dont want to make money off repairs ? most probably he can make more after repairing and selling earn more..

 

That is correct. I heard meng tong say that it's actually a honda C90 engine that has been bored to 119cc.

 

Let's get this straight first... the problem is piston jam?

SS told me all engine gone case, crank shaft gone case and dnt knw wat thing wrong... If repair the whole engine, need at least 1k plus...

 

Guess wat, i ask him hw much he charge me for the labour fee, he charge me $80 for dismantle the whole engine...izzit xxx?

 

I still kind enough to SS, i told them i going to scrap my bike, if any parts frm my bike, they still can use, just take it...

Don't give up on the bike, give Fu De from S-1 motoring a call. It's not uncommon to have an engine blow-out.

Hey bro! Don't scrap la. Buy the engine from overseas. If you are interested, pm me. Can share the shipping cost. Get from Thailand n not US or UK. Relax.. This kinda problems will sure come. So better to make full use of it i.e. Modding your bike

bro i saw ur bike at ss the other day..i guess you should get a engine if you have the budget. it will be a waste just my thought..if you are on a budget just layup the bike for now then when u have the cash just get the big bore engine.
