Don’t get Arrow, get a Yoshi, no meddling. There’s a Micron with twin outlet, sounds good also.

1st thing when you get your Arrow pipe, they will drill a hole in it for riveting. It’s like driving a stake through your heart.

Change your rivet to screw and you will be fined for illegal mod. :cheeky:

Chilly & Edmund, not sure about you guys, the Maxima EO actually felt better after prolonged usage, after 2000km.

Nope, I did not change from rivet to screw.

It's a good pipe. Some people might prefer something that you don't have to medle with, and already sounds good.

Din, i tot i help you to off the HISS?

The rev lights can be set to activate from 7k rpm to 11k rpm.

I dun think that you'll be able to reach 250km per tank before reserve lights come on, given the route travelled. Michael if ride slow and long distance non stop will have higher percentage of reaching that mark.

Oh did you... :giddy:

well, anyway, i noe how to turn it on or off already.

And well, i guess ur rite abt my bike's fuel consumption, based on my daily route travels... well i still wished i cld, i'll try it once my bike completes e running in period...

I'll meet u up later n talk abt e fork thingy n the brembo 19/20 tat u highlighted earlier, have heard n read abt it, but still nt really sure.

btw, i might be regreting smthing i did, cos i sold off my aprilia brembo brake system, just late last year, n it just might be compatible on e 1000rr. o_O

Arrow pipe? ask Tashi~

He is having it and enjoying it, especially this 2 days.

Dun keep toking about pipes, tok about braking and handling.

Should always change the brake hose to steel braided.

Then change to brembo master brake pump 19X20.

I do felt that the stock front fork strings is abit too soft.

I dun know the springs rate, but i do remember that our bike suspensions settings is tuned for rider of weight 70kg as a benchmark.

Anyone can verified this?

The rider of our bike is sitting more out of the bike so the tendancy to be thrown out of the bike is higher when we E-brake with a lousey sitting posture. ( Am i the only one who felt this? )

But after i change to ohlins front fork springs, this feeling is totally eliminated.

I dun noe the springs rate, just tell the guy my weight (70kg) and that's it.

Tell you all a secret, i padded on Rossi today.

it is true tat i have reach 258km and the resever light then on... i try it once onli...

Ride safe everyone. Have plenty of sleep. The thing about riding in the morning is, you're still half asleep, reaction time slower.

Don't ride like this dummy. Looks like he's sleeping on the tank.

Dun think i can be Rossi if i padded on Rossi.

Better change your brake pump. I seriously dun know how you brake with that pump...

You wouldn't want a one way ticket which can't get you back home.

Dun keep thinking about power.

Dun want handling also must take care of braking system first.

Anyway...

I am Ken.

My name is Ken.

Everyone call me Ken.

You can call me Ken too.

I had mine since July. Listen to Edwin, get Arata. You will love it. :cheeky:

Pauche, it could be me or Ken. Where were you? Didn't drop by for a chat?

Anyway, here are some pix from Sat. Let's start with the boring ones 1st.

Left to right, from top o bottom ...

1. This was was taken @ GP around 4 plus. We left at 4:37am.

2. This was taken @ Pagoh Shell. Not sure what time we arrive, probably around 5:50am.

3. KL finally, we arrive around 7:30am.

4. This pic was taken @ KL Hilton. The restaurant is called Sudu, about 3 or 4 storeys high up, each floor, each corner serves different food.

Helemt box, definitely. Besides styling, power, torque, absence of HESD on 600, absence of fuel gauge on 1000rr ... Maybe Edwin can respond, he owned a 600 before.

More pix of restaurants.

Top: Taken from Le Meridien, just next to Hilton, serves Mid Eastern cusine. I think it's called Al Humrah or something.

Bottom: Chinese restaurant @ Hilton, some 2 floors up where we had our lunch.
