Left side of the fairing. They have finalised the location cos they used to put it on the rear tail section (on other blades of course) but the alarm coudn't stand the exhaust heat. You can check with James / Bernard if you are interested. Their aftersales service is gd trust me:cheeky:

DIRT - i've always been wondering how do you mount the bike on those stands alone? can it be done?

 

look at this exhaust, wonder what are the gains besides the additional weight. Measured at 108DB.

believe they are custom made. read somewhere before with a prototype which looks like this finished product.

BTW, sorry guys for last minute cancel for the malacca trip. DIRT junior nobody babysit. Maybe next project will be designing a rack on the tail side. So if got trip, can bring along my junior by securing him on the rack.

Just placed an order for GPR exhaust, now want spray to Konica Minolta MotoGP scheme

 

Was actually gonna place order for an akra, but swayed towards GPR after the salesperson let me listen to his bike with GPR.. it's freaking thunderous even with baffle on!!

I think I might have a stuck thermostat in my bike. After PG 5 Lap Race, noticed that the bike temp was around 100C.

 

While riding on the highway back, temp keeps hovering between 98C to 100C.

At traffic lights, temp will climb to as high as 110C but goes downwards when I start moving.

 

All symptoms of a partially stuck closed thermostat that is not allowing the coolant to run through the radiator fast enough.

 

Anyone suffered these symptoms before?? Dun ask me to change the coolant coz I just did last week to Inugel.

Would love to hear your GPR. When are you having it fixed? Where did you get it?

 

One thing you may want to look out for on the GPR. The large ring that goes around the perimeter of the pipe at both ends where the rivet goes through may not be lined up properly, suggesting poor workmanship or lack of QA. Sorry to pour cold water. But I noticed it and thought you should know.
