So, we expect to see ram air like the SP2 for the 2008 1000rr. I've never liked the SP2 styled ram air.

More pix. And finally gold rims on the 1000rr, but c'mon, not on that paint scheme. At least on the black or the red. Could that be the SP Blade? Rumors did say it will come in tri colour.

Hot spot is within 20 KM after leaving Pagoh rest area. If they cannot catch you for speeding... they try and find fault with your bike.

 

Last trip to Sepang... we were riding within the speed limits but still got stopped anyway. They used cameras and handphones to take pictures of licence plates.

 

Make sure your number plates are of the legal size especially the font size.

 

And I know of some dickheads who think it is a brilliant idea to mask up their number plates or digits to snook the speedtrap cameras, if they stop you... they will impound your bike and you can go to the police station with them for teh tarik and curry puff. Saw it happen to one guy before.

 

Anyway, they know that after the MotoGP... there will be alot of Rossi and Hayden wannabes racing back to Singapore on the NSH. Coming back, watch out 10 KM before the 2nd Link turn off and also on the 2nd link itself.

Lucky got reservation because Eastin Hotel is fully booked for this week.

The earliest time we can book in is at 3pm tomorrow as it is fully booked so maybe around 2pm, we can try to book in as I confirm with my reservationalist when I paid up today using my credit card but said that we can leave our things in the conceige area if we are there early.

It’s a pity you can’t come for this trip. If you get your passport back, do come.

 

Lucky the hotel reservations were made early. Otherwise you guys will have to pay a premium.

 

LD, Chilly and JB will be meeting at my place tomorrow at 5:25am.

 

When getting in and out of S’pore, have to pay $0.60 by cashcard. Have to pay M’sia toll, RM1.30 by cash on the way out.

 

Make sure you have the white cards filled up. I have spares if you need, but let me know if you need it.

 

Have your bikes primed like beef! Chains oiled, tyre pressures checked, check tyres for nails, EO level ok, brake pads sufficient, …

 

Sleep by 9pm tonight, wake up by 4:30am tomorrow morning. With all the excitement, usually it’s very difficult to sleep.

Wow wonderful trip for us last weekend but darn tiring

Slept for nearly 10 hrs still not enough, while studying for my test today, I suddenly realise that yesterday morning till night, We have rode for nearly 700km hence so tired from KL to Fraser hills then to KL then to Sepang and back to KL then to Singapore. Wow, so shiok.

Great trip with the guys.

The new color scheme is crappy but gold rims looks cool.

 

Evoken, U post everywhere abt getting the exhaust can. U still getting the end can? For your info, the CBR riders I know in this forum here, none of us got Remus can, it should say something. Arrows is the best and the loudest. I regret never change to Arrows in the 1st place. If U can afford it, go for it, U would not be disappointed at all with an end can.

The Fraser Hill ride was challenging.Got a shocked when my hands felt numb a few times.Uphill was tiring but downhill was a little relaxing.

 

After nearly 3yrs from 04-06 thought that Honda wud had fixed the coil issue.Nope ,they didn't.It happened to Tashi 06 in KL.Luckily it died just as we reached Tashi sister condo on Friday.Called BS & they have no stock.Luckily Cosmos have a brand new coil that he had bought earlier.Called Ismail to have the coil send to us @ Pagoh but he insisted to send it @ Ayer Keroh.

 

Tashi (riding JB bike) & me left early Sat morning to collect the coil from Ismail @ Ayer Keroh.Tks to Ismail.After that we left for KL again & had it fixed by MSC mechanic.Got stucked down ther coz of heavy rain.

 

Ronald,JB,LD & Rommel felt in love with a beauty with a raspy/growling/loud & deep bassy voice called 'ARROW' while in KL

Saufi, after the MotoGP, we all left.

 

Cosmos, why not make a trip to Bukit Tinggi? You can take the same highway that I told you about that goes to Fraser's. That is my next plan. And also another to Cameron.

 

I didn't manage to take many nice exiciting pix like the previous year's MotoGP. Perhaps this weekend when I have time to doctor the pix, I will post. The next music video will take time to create and upload. Heh.

back in the real world... this morning,

one super four rider knocked behind a car at the CTE. both the bike and rider bounced up, the rider bounced higher and fell on top of his fallen bike. OUCH!!!

he said he's alright. hope so...

the lady driver was nice enough not to worry about her car first. She went straight to the fallen biker and ask if he's ok... good for you Ma'am... SALUTES...
