Nice choice chilly!

Tks LD.Since i did not go for track,i think it's such a waste to go for another sportbikes.3 bikes were on my mind K7 750,K7 1000 & Haya. After asking many mechs & owners for opinions, decided to go for Haya.

I didn't want to get stranded in a foreign land with a burn coil.

Hi guys Great trip in store for December.

OK, as you all know, we’re gonna be heading for KL / Bt. Tinggi, I would suggest to book the hotels by next Monday already.

Since the McDonald Highway is best ridden in the morning, we can leave for KL on 16 Dec, stay a night at Eastin. I’ll get my bro in law to get corporate rates (should be cheaper then the MotoGP rates we got). Then on 17 Dec, we’ll take the McDonald Hwy up. There, we’ll stay one night and leave for SG on 18 Dec. Perhaps I’ll come back to SG with you guys and make another trip down to KL again closer to X’mas.

One good thing about you guys is, because we’ve been riding together for so long, the road trips are always enjoyable. Nobody needs to prove anything to anyone. Very stress free and disciplined riding.

We’ve all worked hard throughout the year, let’s go ride.

Remember how huge those crabs were? Ya Super Big crabs at a low price. Darn cheap and nice.

Ride: KL - Bt. Tinggi

Departing SG: 16 Dec @ ??? am

Departing KL: 18 Dec @ ??? am

Hey Jungleboy, so long since saw ur posting.

I think my bike got something wrong already, sounds weird everytime I start it, don't know whether want to change the flywheel and coil or not, don't wish to have a burn coil while travelling overseas. Can't wait to see the K7 b4 deciding whether to change. :sian:

Ronald, why don't you consider R1 or 1098?

I felt that R1 is too sportsbike to my liking while also the design with the underseat exhaust looks ugly to me. The Ducati is out of my price range, would rather pay for a weekend car and K7 than consider Ducati. I also find the Kawasaki ZX10R's design not to my liking.

K7 looks like it can be toured on while I would always loved twin exhaust at both side instead of underseat. I think I would want to try the different brands of sportsbike before I quit riding b4 year 2041 with Rommel after riding 1 yr on a Harley. :cheeky:

After the terrible trashing that me and Rommel got on Saturday morning while riding with Snailgun's 929, I think I definately need a sportsbike in order to at least tried to keep up the pace. It is definately the rider prowess. Ha ha.

Oh no, beagle is going to be real mad....
