if you go down to TP HQ for interview, after you tell the officer the whole story from head to toe, he will still ask you to pen it down on a form. so at the end of the day.. LPPL..

you said the highway is quite pack and overtaking slower vehicle. If you are really overtaking i dont think TP able to see your number plate when he is on the road shoulder..
