well.. no problem.... runner helping a runner out.....

after changing ur exhaust pipe.. make sure tune all the necessary stuffs.. carb, oil jetting etc..

Hi to all,

 

The fuel gauge on my vxr'06 seems to be faulty. I usually top up full tank(7litres) but when I started my bike and move off, the fuel gauge only showed that its half tank. I usually reset the trip meter when I top up petrol, so I roughly know the amount of petrol left.

 

Lately, the fuel gauge started to flactuate throughout my ride like a heart beat. At times it shows full tank, then it drops to 1/4 and suddenly increases to half tank then it goes back to full tank. There was once it did not even show any markings on the fuel gauge but the "low fuel" did not light up.

 

Anyone knows what is going on in the tank? Anybody faced the same problem before? Can it be repaired? I do not want to get stuck in a situation whereby my bike dies because there is no more petrol in the tank. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Bring ur bike to Piaggio agent for checkup...for better detail's...
