stingrhea.... which bulb u refer to? small pole light is t10, can buy the 6leds white... super bright! big one should be h7? take out the light bulb & look for the model number bro... philips diamond vision plus is very highly recommended!

definately at least 20% brighter than the xenon bulbs from korea or jap dats costs $30+...

the small beam one. i dunno why the clotch wire goes all the way inside the headstay. cant remove it.

 

pole light got led one meh? hmmz~ seems like alot of things has changed since '03... so many new things can do to my mito..

 

how much a piston set (piston + rings, circlips, bearings, sleeve) cost?

hi peeps... to those whom had trouble starting their bikes while the lights & the electrical stuff works fine, it might be kos ur using the main light on the rd!

 

i did an experiment, i on my pole lights(6leds white) to work & back. both time starting the engine oni requires a quick tap on the button.

and again i switched on my main light to work & back. and guess wad? after i switched off the engine & tried to hit the starter button, the motor cranked abit then no more response liao. each time the button was pressed, the instrument lights either went dim or went out completely wit light cranking or none at all from the starter motor.

so i would highly recommended to swap the old filament pole light for the t10 6leds white bulb. it's damn bright, blinding when viewed from the top & looks as if the main light's on & it is very visible.

or if u feel u have to switch on the main light on rd, then when ur turning into the carpark or small rd, few minutes before u stop & park ur bike, switch off the mainlight & leave ur pole on.

trust me, it'll work!

Guys, date n time changed so that we have more time for the trip.... CBR150 group will be going so we shall join the group there but our group i shall lead..... coming back time we set it as vary.... maybe sian then come back earlier lor.... We will go to Kota tingi Centre n makan Bak Kut Teh which is very nice in the morning... total trip to n fro is 160 km. Speed wise for sure wont be too fast.... msia roads not that good at certain places.

 

 

4th March (Sat) Kota Tingi Waterfalls trip...... who wants to go put down ur name.

Time : 7.45am Singapore time, white card hse (wear sunglasses if possible)

Reach Singapore : b47pm ( wear long sleeve if u dont want to be tanned to a bangkala)

Trip cost : S$50 should be more than enough but if u wanna eat good then bring more.

Items : Xtra t-shirts n short pants for the swim. No bikini pls.

Interest : Take the water from the top of the falls n wash #plate.

How am i going to say abt this bike... 996 looks, noisy engine, smooth handling, higher maintainance than jap bikes.. Some parts not easy to find. Aprilia more popular so parts easier to find..

OK peeps, I have decided to sell my beloved bike. Really heart pain to make this decision.. I'm looking for transport bike, more rileks riding posture and a bike that doesnt make me want to speed and kup corner each time im on the road and my 2A is coming and I'm getting a monster after my 2A. I wish i can keep my mito as spare bike but cant afford paying 2 bike insurance. Have never regretted getting this bike.
