anyway bro, if going away for 3-4 months, what is the best way to store a bike? need to drain off and mothball or simply leave it there?

the best way is 2 add mi as subrider.. :D :hungry:

 

i believe u juz gotta find some1 u can trust to start ur engine evy 2-3 days? juz make the the bike is being warmed will do.. but actually shld b ok w/o warming up oso? not really sure.. once i didnt ride for 8 days n still can 1 press start.. :sweat:

lioncat: oh yah i forgot about the gear shifting thing. During riding (running in), I kept shifting up up up down down down up up up down down down up up up down down down until my gf vomit.

 

you really considering to get a brand new mito? i still don't think that's wise lah.. get a 2nd hand much better i think, redo EVERYTHING exactly to your liking, will probably still cost less than a brand new one..

 

E.G.:

-Airbrush Paintwork (yah the kinds you see on harleys): $~600

-Total Rewiring: $~600 (not sure about price, and this one if you really damned kiasu and want super duper no problem with wiring etc..)

-Top engine overhaul: $~350 (Can look for wiseco or even ceramic coated ones imported from US labs, but donno the price)

-Bottom engine overhaul (conrod etc): $~400 (agh i forgot already man)

-Clutch plates: $~100 (can get the really good ones with fantastical compounds too but donno the price)

-Tyres (Dragons): $~200

-Sprox & Chain (STEALTH Supersprox & DID X-Ring): $~250

-Rectifier & Battery: $~110

-Galfer Wave Rotor Disc F&B: $~800

-EBC HH F&B: $~120

-Machine price: $~2500 (Or what about a $1000 half-dead bike like mine was)

TOTAL: $~6030

 

See what I mean? That's almost the whole bike, brand new and top-f*ckin'-notch! With the savings of $8000, you can gimme commission of $4000 and still have money left to buy magnesium rims (wahahahaha), single seater, and a tonne worth of Motul600 :D .

also, now havent saved enough yet and maybe have to go work overseas for 3-4 months so still wait and see first.

First Motor tried to quote me $5k for their FS machine~ can buy 2 FR machine liaoz~ knn~

no lah.. where got so fast sell, still looking for buyers but got some interested party, still waiting for reply.. Think the R6 will have to wait, maybe till the end of the year bah.. till then think its me chasing u, not u chasing me..

but it will be me chasing u if i haven't get the 600 further more need to run in if i get the 600.. planning to sell it around 5K.. my dad allow, further more my mum complain say me only one person, own two bikes for what..:cheeky: never mind, its ok.
