Anyone know how much to program the keys and where izzit? I know I could get the keys from automachinary and cut the key near LAB there. But to program the keys, may I know where can I do it and the price??

Really good....Very resposive and is a very good overall package. 2 of my friends brought the bikes after they tested my bike....When is your next time coming...Cant wait to ride with you again...

Just an update, brought the key form HL for $20.33 include GST. Go the the row of shop facing the rd to cut the key for $2. Then went back to HL to program the key for $10.

 

Wanted to see how they do it but not allow to go into the workshop. Less than 5 mins job.....The mech cleared all the error code on my bike as well...

Yeah. I know HISS key are much expensive. The programing I done it before at planet cost mi $10 only. Like the yamaha's key, You need to get the key and cut them before you can programs them...

Just an update, brought the key form HL for $20.33 include GST. Go the the row of shop facing the rd to cut the key for $2. Then went back to HL to program the key for $10.

Anyway regards to my ride... for the moment decided to stick to the Fino. Will concentrate on my other aspects of life. With a bike will be out travelling too much out to Malaysia/Thailand. Enjoyed my life with a big bike...

I have ask the shop next to reggina 2days ago. The woman quote me $90, bery expensive leh. Where is HL?

 

Saw some posting, some1 said Looi's motor make duplicate @ $60, LAB @$50 dun know how true it is.

HL is at upper paya laba. Do a search. You can buy the key at auto machinery as well....Buy and cut the key I can program for you for $10....

Bro, u bought the key is just like original design? So i go either Auto Machinery or HL then bring to cut and bring it to you will do? how much will it cost total?

Key from HL cost $21, Someone mentioned from auto only $18, cut key $2...But you must have the red master key before I can program....

i guess if you ask, means you don't have it. The shop will only give you the red key after the vehicle is fully paid up. Otherwise you will need to pay the shop for a duplicate instead of doing it yourself.

As a form of return to this forum:

The people at HL gave me directions to a shop they know of, please do not go there. There are shops with the machine but nobody with the skills to cut for you. Save yourself some time just go to the shop Hachi suggests.

 

detailed shop location:

Exit HL, turn right, go past TPHQ. Shortly after the traffic light, you will see a small CHALLENGER cloth banner, Park along the double yellow (Please don't stay long), cross the road this shop ARENA yellow signboard. Manned by an old aunty.

 

The old aunty sells a variety of hardware stuff at reasonable prices, chatted with her a little and life is very tough for her now, so i am just being nice by telling everyone here that she provides this service, so this is a in fact a godsend for people esp YAMAHA riders (nearby don't seem to have no other store cutting key or willing to cut a special bike key)

 

BTW, most other stores charge at least $50, then they send somebody to run around for you service charge $20+++
