Mid September lor. Cos now I'm still undergoing my back therapy sessions so no time to spare to go gym. If go swimming pool, I have to pass. Had a really bad, traumatic experience when I went swimming at River Valley swimming pool so bloody long ago... :giddy:

Morning on weekdays, definitely cannot cos I working. I finish work at 5pm so if want to go after that can or Saturday morning, I also can but in mid September of course... :smile:

If want to share training tips then best to do it in the gym cos the equipments are all there. I prefer practical to just theory only. :btw: I'm no expert lah. If I am an expert, I would already be a National bodybuilder in the Singapore squad. I train for fitness and as a hobby only lah. We can share training tips when we do go for a training session in the future. I also looking forward to meet you... :thumb:

Yup, also counted cos exercise mah. Cycling I still can but rollerblading is out of the question for me. If I fall, I may just break my back again... :giddy:
