Welcome to the Real World. You've gotta pay, that's what the Guarantor is for. Or, you can go hunt your friend down.

dude... that's the price to pay for putting ur signature down on a piece of paper for someone whom u thot u could trust...

look on the bright side... its better u find out what kind of a fren he is now than when it concerns a much bigger $ amount...

good luck in finding him & resolving this issue

hi guys,

thanks for yr advise. even if my friend is in town, but dont want to pay up, i still must bare is it?

i heard from his bikeshop that if i dont pay up, they can call my bikeshop n force me to sell off my bike to pay for his.

Is there any way out?

I think the company does not bother whether is the person in Singapore.

They are more concerned with the recovery of the installment premium due.

So if they are unable to get the person whether by phone or whichever, they would most likely go after the Guarantor.

As for their threat, I do not think they are able to do that as it is not within their legal mean. Your bike contract is with that shop and have nothing to do with your friend shop.

So if your friend does not pay up, you would have to bear for it or unless you know where his bike is and you get the bike shop to tow it back and even then you are still liable for the difference assuming they would to sell it off again.

My advise to you is to go to your friend parent since that friend of your is such as ass

But of course... You've penned your name as Guarantor who'll ensure you solve the problem if your friend didn't pay up...

Unless both the shop under the same boss or linked & related...

Yes.. Pay up or face the music...

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB
