Help on Nsr gear

My sprocket still look new, I'll check tmr morning on my chain slack, might get the tools to do it myself.

 

Regarding the heat from the gear oil, it won't be that hot so not a worry about. I have change car's EO before when it's super hot, you won't scald your hand even when it's super hot, if you know how to do it. Moreover, the nut is a long rod, nothing will flow out until the rod is fully out. But just becareful not to spill the used EO everywhere cos it's a pain to clean it up.

try checking ur clutch plate.

if ur clutch plate has worn, time to change.

i dont know wats the prob la..

ya.. i sumtimes do exprnc tat. like u drop gear same sound as big bikes

the sound goes ' ktak!'

maybe ur clutch plate worn out or improper installation of ur gear footrest..

i just change my cutch plates 1 month ago... then the sound is still there i ask the mech they said is the chain and spocket sound.

 

engine oil and cutch plates got anylink? cos if cutch plate spoil your bike will move off even you pull you cutch all the way in rite?

 

for my case i just change my plates then the problem was gone , then 4 weeks later i change engine oil " castrol 4t oil " my cutch plates starts to give problem... anyone know whats happenning?
