1. COE Ends Jan 2022 (Renewable)

2. Mileage less than 76,000 KM (Engine from Germany, with LTA supporting documents to pass to next owner)

3. Clutch hose, Clutch slave cylinder replaced due to wear and tear. Clutch and Brake fluid replaced.

4. MRA adjustable windshield

5. 2 OEM boxes (same key to open)

6. Hepco Top box & rack (may dekit)

7. Spare brake pad front 1set & Spare EO 1 bottle will be passed to next owner

8. Lithium Batt 12 cell newly installed (https://www.facebook.com/lithium.sg/?fref=ts)

9. Reason for sale: I want to sell - no time to go touring due to work and studies. Hope to fund my own studies to complete it.

10. Transfer fee: I will bear

11. Inspection fee: I will bear & do it on the same day of transfer before hand over
