yeah... checked the insurance policy. hav the clause, dun noe wat it means till nw. but oso not for racing or speed testing. hw many ppl use it for track use in pasir gudang..to race or to test bike speed.. i tink gahmen close 1 eye. neway thnx 4 da info

it just means its not covered if you race... doesnt mean you cant bring your machines to race...

 

i've not been to a track.. but i'm pretty sure indemnity forms are signed prior to track usage...

hmmm so u mean if the owner rent out the bike the one renting will not be covered..?n must sign indemnity form prior to renting? or isit jus buy a new 1 for himself, even he older n more driving exp den owner?

hmm ook i got it. so if i older jus add subrider, pay the add rider fees onli, no need to get new policy. if i younger den i pay, add rider fees n ins top up rite? btw will the insurance comp agree to do it if tell dat i will be renting the bike frm my fren?

If you don't tell the insurer that the bike is being rented out, and someone makes a claim against that policy, then even if you've added your name as an additional rider, the insurance isn't going to cover you.
