Personal Accident Insurance

Hi all

 

If we are learnning class 2b, 2a, or 2 or the various driving schools, we will be covered under the group insurance in case of any accidents during learning.

 

Does anyone knows if it covers accident outside of learning? eg. bike accident with third party at midnight, injury case.

 

Pls advise. Thanks

Not too sure. But i think it only covers for accident involving the school vehicles.

If you are a rider, you should get your own personal accident insurance.

 

For learners, the policy only covers at the Driving school vicinity or during the lessons during its working hours.

Broadly speaking, accident insurance only covers death, and permanent disability. Medical insurance covers medical expenses such as hospital and surgical fee ..etc, and usually medical insurance is further divided into Health, and Accident Plan, ie. If you had only bought Medical insurance for accident, then you claim nothing if you are found to have cancer.

 

Different insurer will package it in different product names.

 

You can only get these answers from an Insurance Agent.

driving centres' only cover their lessons... nvm..
