Hi everyone, i'd like to ask if any of you have difficulty starting the bike. I need to slightly twist the throttle while pressing the start up button every time i start the bike. I can't ever start the bike with just the button alone. Is it the same for everyone? :dot:

 

its norm bro...don waste time...jus throttle a bit...when its cold or morning...i tried all methods....none work...went piaggio SG...cant solve my problem....email piaggio italy....cant solve too....but some seniors here sae after changing pipe n air filter....solves their problem....so...if ya got any spare $$$$....can try ^^...

To all seniors here....ive recently got myself a HID kit ....when i on ignition hid head light on....when crank...cant start....plus.....without starting my bike....i on both lights....HI & LOW beam tgt...less then 5 sec....my fuse blowed.....pls advise.....

What do u really get for being the fastest?? :cheeky:

not so sure bout your prob...... but from your description it looks like theres something wrong with the current flow, its either the HID kit is taking in too much current or the wire installation is wrong, best to bring down your bike to a good electrician mechanic to solve your issue :thumb:

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I'm from Malaysia. I'm about to buy ST200. But the Ritz Bike Shop told me that they only got Grey color n they said that the original ST200 import from Italy only come with Grey color. (Maybe in Malaysia case only) The Red color and Black color are form Taiwan n India. Is it true? Help me. I need an advice about this.

Theres a dip-stick to show your EO level & theres a coolant tank at your front panel, have fun riding your bike. by the way is yours a new ride or a 2nd-hand?

hi all.....juz got my ST few days back....juz wanna noe where u guys install ur IU?...any brackets needed?....i heard some put inside the front part....isit easy to access like insertin n removing cashcard?....any problems goin thru carpark ERP?...tanx all

Thinking of changing the head light bulb for mine runner st200

but dunno wad the size ( H7 or H8 ) and the pole beam isit T10??

you gotto take out the logo at front panel with careful from right hand side with something like test pen, then you will see the srcew.

to save ur time....brake lights will b 1156(single contact)....tail lights will b t10...licence will b t10....front signal will b 1156(single contact) too...hope it helped ^^

dude, any body kow how much cost malossi x-kelvar belt, multivar and polini multivar?

actually i just bought malossi x-kelvar from ebay, this cost me around sgd80. malossi clutch spring around sgd25.

is it cheap or expensive?

good day!!! and greetings from the philippines. i would like to get your advice on some stuffs on my 2 month old gilera st200. i have bought a malossi multivar 2000, malossi delta clutch, malossi bell, malossi belt and a leo vince 4road pipe.

 

here are my questions:

- the multivar has 2sets of rollers with it. 14 and 15 grams. which of the two should i use? or i should i get other rollers because the stock is only 10.5 grams

 

- the cap of my coolant is so tight i cant open it. what do you guys do about this?

 

- do you know a person selling tank cap cover so that i could prevent water from going inside my gasoline tank.

 

- do you think i can gain speed and torque by buying malossi secondary gear and cdi?

bro, i think this few things is cost you near sgd500 oledi.

the most direct to gain your bike power is up size displacement.

hello, just pass my 2b lisence and hav been riding this bike for 1month+ im clueless on how to maintain my st200, could anyone please advice me on what to service on the 2nd servicing? which is my upcoming 4000km. for my 1st 1000k servicing, i just changed the eng oil and oil fliter. thankyou :)

Hi ash999, i had a similar problem when my bike was barely a week old. There was a slight jerking when moving off from stationary and there was a knocking sound near the transmission. Brought it back to the Piaggio and what was thought to be clutch slip turned out to be a crack somewhere on the carb. They replaced it and it's fine now. I wouldn't expect that on a new bike, but it did.

 

Guys, is this normal? when i moving off, throttle very slowing and little...when my bike speed reach 15km/h , slowing going up to 20km/h... My bike feel funny...like the roller not smooth or wat..or something loose at the tranmission part... gt this funny jerk... like clutch slip

Wah tht sound serious bro sepentine.. Thk for ur reply. Thk will fixed an appointment with piaggio next week for an inspection since its still under warrenty. I still thking how to describle the problem to them.hahah

 

Maybe i pillion one of the technician and let him feel the problem...Its only happen when i throttle a bit and manage frm 15 to 20km/hr... IF i pick up faster...i willnt feel the "Knocking sound and feeling frm the transmission"...

Oh!! I'm having tat problem too thoug its jus normal slip-clutch..
