guys, after changing polini clutch, clutch bell and speed control, theoretically the performance of the bike should be better but it seems alot slower than before (stock) as in, require more rpm to reach 100. then i went back to consult the mech, they change the rollers, it improve alittle but still slower than stock performance. can anyone advice me on what to do? is there some settings need to be made? super disappointed cause i spend alot :(

It definately boost up ur rpm which cause improvement in your initial accelration. Top wise, there will be no much in different. But if is slower than stock that's weird.

hello, any of you guys experience bending a right turn in a high speed, the handle bar became very shaky, but face no problem at bending left. is it the rider fault or the machine?

Hi, it's me again. Need to ask more qs. I just got out my gilera, and it comes with a LV pipe, and an open port k&n filter. Every time I close throttle, it constantly and steadily back fires. Is that normal? It makes my bike sound like it's farting!

Also, any one knows or have experienced their speedometer giving weird readings? I'm going like 7k rpm, but my speed only shows 80. Yet I'm overtaking alot of vehicles. Can someone list the rpm and it's approximate speed for me? Also, where can I go to calibrate this?

i having the older runner and i am quite interested to "zhng" or do it up. was thinking where do ppl buy or get those parts. interested to get the "shoulder pads" and windshield etc.

 

and by the way i had some problems with starting the bike and after a few times to the workshop found out is the water in tanks issue and installed the fuel cap. does it work ?

Hi Guys, I'm interested in getting a 2nd Hand ST 200. Any recommendation on which shop has the widest selection? How much do you think an almost 2 years old ST 200 would cost? Thanks in advance.

I just hv a new St200 yesterday from ASPoon.. nice and powerful bike..:cheeky:

 

How much you got it for? I asked around Shops at Bukit merah and Ubi. All quoted around $8k plus. The most ex was $9.2k

I got quote for 9.2k with my insurance of about 600+. is it okay? or over the price. Can I blame the COE? haha. Thanks if you can enlighten me.

Wahh so expensive uh.. I bought mine at asp ubi 2nd hand 6.7k.. Asked abt the new ones, it was 9.2k otr.. Danng...

 

When was the bike registered? My bro got a 2nd hand one from ASP too. $6k for an almost 2 yr old bike.

I already confirm buying, my friends who ride gilera all say, its the COE that makes it expensive. So I am BUYING!

Overall gilera is a good bike...but the setback is a bit expensive for the parts
