that weird, as normally if ur fuel is totally used up, u can probably top 8.7 to 8.8 litres.. but how come u only manage to top only 7.9 litres?

is ur tank smaller than the others st200? or u didnt manage to top up full enough?

u can try pumping more fuel in even when the pump cut off by itself, by pumping bit by bit into it till u manage to see the fuel came off a little bit out of the fuel tank:)

hope it helps:)

:cheer:

Glad to have u in my life : ) Always love one another!

Thank you for replying bro, is it because there is something wrong with my petrol indicator? Is it not accurate? What can i do? For me whenever i reached 180 no more bars left? And the petrol light is already on. Should i just ride till 240km ignoring the indicator? What if the petrol tank empty in the middle of nowhere? Please assist me. Thank you.

with ur indicator and petrol bar blinking, i guess ur fuel sensor is still working perfectly fine, just tat u might need to check on ur carb. might be the setting of ur carb ran off or is dirty inside which u might need to do a carb wash/clean up, or might be ur riding style which also plays a part.

as for stock set up, u shld not have any difficulties of hitting 230/240km or even more. with ur full tank that is using up every of the petrol inside ur tank.

In mine case the petrol indicator of my bike will light up ard 190km, followed by the the bar which was totally used up at ard 220km then i followed by a top up of around 8.7litres at petrol station to replenish my empty tank and i am using open port with sbk.

If u still have any worried doubts, i advise u to head down to ur friendly mechanic and check it out:)

is alright, then most likely it lies on ur carb already.i recommend either ac motor which is located at serangoon, sun rise which is located at kallang or machspeed at enous.i tried b4 servicing my carb at unqiue which was quite a upset experience that they mainly only just physically wash it and didnt dismantle every single part of ur carb component.they isnt specialise in working on scooter as well.do try out any one of the shop and hope it helps to improve on ur fuel comsumption.do logon to gilera.sg page in facebook to check out more stuff and discussion on our bikes:) i am jason.

Check out Botak from Wonderful Motors at 494 Macpherson Road HP:96936520

Most gilerians there visit his shop after bad experiences elsewhere. Very honest chap and worksmanship 2nd to none. :) He is expert in all scooters, esp italian

Rem to call when u reach as his shop is at back alley.. Not easy to find your way for first timers. Do a search and you will find a lot of reviews about him

Jason, if unique is using a proper carb fluid... they won't need to open your carburetor part by part... it only requires you to open up the throttle to expose the slider and butterfly of the carb... apart from that... to open up the bowl of the cvk carb as well... that is already clean enough.
