Beware 3 handed old man from RX-King singapore

Good bye RX-king Singapore.

Get to know this "3 handed old man" on fb page. Decided to give it a try despite dunno him and never met him before. Immediately called him to enquired on 18" stainless steel spokes, rims and transferred $170 as deposit for the sets of rims.

 

After which I sent him my address to allow him to tow my bike to his workshop (Kaki bukit rd4, 25 synergy@KB 06-86). He called me to notify me that my front fender was dented and rear signal light was damage after my bike was towed. Well, that's kind of him. But to my horror, this 3 handed old man is armed with a set of very fast hand. "The third hand"!

 

(Story begin)

I was told that the fastest way to remove my old spokes is by cutting so I told old man don't cut because my spokes are stainless steel type hence he said there'll be a labour fee to removed it 1 by 1 and it required some time.

Guess what? Within minutes he called to tell me all my spokes removed and the front ones r not stainless steel. First thing in my mind was "I tot u say required some time?" Then I replied him cannot be leh. I been using them since 2001?

Then he added, don't worry la, I don't do "dirty" job plus u can come down my shop and see. None of my bike here using 17" wheels hence I take your spokes also no use.

 

I went to his shop the next day and checked 1 set of spokes indeed not stainless steel. Of cos I was puzzled because I I know my bike well and i'm very sure they are then he keep emphasized that this's what he took out from my bike.

First coincident: I told myself, my spokes never rust all this years but rust when my bike was in his hand?

Second coincident: I spotted a Yamaha YB in his shop fitted with 17" wheels and later on found out he has been rebuilding it since 4th October and now then he got it's rims installed. So question is y after so long now when my bike is in his shop then he fix the Yamaha YB's rims? Could it be see "feng shui"? 🤔

And I tot he said his shop got no bike using 17" wheels? Of cos I ask him about it but he kept quiet and walk away "kay siao" do his things. After a while he explained to me that bike actually short of 1 set of spokes and that set of spokes is taken from another wheel and not mine so don't worry.

After which he ask me still wanna proceed with the overhaul and I said yes.

 

Today finally decided not to let him do my bike anymore cos no confidence already and worried might have more parts missing/swop/or damage etc hence I went down told him don't need do already and I'm gonna tow my bike to another workshop despite he's already doing it.

Guess what? (Fishy part begin)

He was not angry at all despite my engine etc already taken out, job started half way. He didn't ask y, never talk throughout while I waiting for the tow truck to come. He didn't charge me servicing fee for my brake caliper ($60) as well as the fee for removing my old spokes (dunno how much?). 😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 (got so good ah?) When my tow truck arrived he still help to load my stuff onto the truck. Normal people would have got angry, demand labour fee and ask y don't wan do bla bla etc right?

 

Anyway, I actually don't intend to pursue the matter cos I see him old man, got grandson, got family, someone's ah gong (grandfather). But later I found out he actually (恶人先告状 / 做贼喊抓贼）went to tell the tow man that I was the one instead to cheat him on the stainless steel spokes. I became so angry hence decided to broadcast & create awareness to everyone plus to report this matter to the respective authority.

 

Fyi, 3 handed old man, if u happen to c this post, I'm here to tell u I've gathered enough witness and evidences that's y till now then I posted this and I'm ready to take u on and blow up the matter. U wanna know how far I can go, test me!

If u wish to settle with me peacefully, all I ask for is just an apology from u otherwise stay tune.

 

I'm here just to warned all the bike enthusiasts to be careful when u visit any bike shop esp when your bike is fitted with parts that is hard to find or no longer in production.

I'll share with u guys pics of my bike's spokes on wheel & after dismantled. Never did this old man realized he sent pics of both my front and rear wheels to me when he took pic of those signal light and fender.

U guys judge & see for yourself.

 

Condition & colour of spokes on wheels looks the same.

Once removed, one set becomes black & rusty while the other remains shiny.😂

Reported. Unfortunately got no evidence. So this bloody old man is damn lucky.

Human can’t do anything to him for now. Maybe karma can???
