does ppl do their own bike racing setting when going to track ? then after track go back bike shop reset to normal again ? like that 1 session track is not cheap leh, tyres, track renting, tuning from shop... roughly haven calculate the gears already spending $250 liao..

just changed my eo to castrol, really smooth.

guys riding zeds from yishun, can try project bike in yishun industrial park a, the mech capit really helpful and services fairly priced, just now he noticed about my punctured rear tyre which i have totally no idea of, but i knew something was wrong when i was riding thru a spiral exit from expressway, rear tyre was skidding and fc real bad, but i thought not enough air only.

and capit is famous in cub races and modding, loads of trophies in his shop, thumbs up for him.

i suspect it was 2 days ago, cause i monitor my fc, it was real bad, i thought not enuff air in tyre then i went to pump, i pluck the device in , it shows 104 kpa , shocked me, then i pump 220, machine shows error cause everytime cannot pump 220 air inside, i didn't suspect anything then cause i first time pump air . then i went kallang with my friend , while turning corners heavy on rear then skid abit, and i still didn't suspect anything until the mech told me abt it, so have to really thanks capit and friends, cause i cant imagine flat tyre on expressway.

next month when pay comes in, maybe wan to change rxz carb.

any1 know how much to rewarp seat, got 1 ****ing cat poked 6-7 holes on my seat and scratch 1 line on my paintwork.

btw any1 riding 1 black zed, fw 5**9 here?

If you guys......got Transport Contact is more Better. Coz....it wont be a hassle, for you guys to ride your bike from yr place to Tuas with the bike on Race Setup......Unless u bring along a Pro in doing Settings and some Tools for the Tuning of your bike for the track moment. As for the aftermath, thats normal coz we need to spend lil bit more for such things......

 

Thats why.......we must be very prepared to go down have a track day. Money is the obvious thing....but if we plan it well. Then it shouldnt be a huge hole in the butt.

Hidenseek yishun industrial TUNE-IN u got frequent there ? they recently bought in alot of 125z items too... not only spark n x1... but super x... they do fiat paintwork fairing, + add on sticker after that laqauer on $380... that day i went to buy some thing, then saw a 125z for sale, they chnage a new set fiat fiaring, racing footrest.. power, very nice..

 

Any way bike production is which shop ? or beside which shop ? any special feature to reconginse his shop ? the mech name is chapit ?chinees or malay ?

yup i frequent there see spare parts, my advice dont buy from there unless bo bian, yesterday i bought 5 screws and nuts $5, ****in ex, before i bought my bike i went to the shop and the 125z caught my eye, but when i ask how much lady boss say 3.2k, wtf, fx plate so ex, somemore the parts she changed won't cost very much either, scarly engine chui, and if plus insurance, already hitting 4k, might as well buy new spark, and the mechs there all very impatient 1.

it's project bike, capit malay fella, it's not on the stretch where tune in is, it's on the other side, you see got 1 banner project bike that's it.

stay 80-90 till u hit 1k, slowly increase speed for the subsequent 100km to play safe. try to go 60km/h for 30km if its a first hand bike. dont rev rpm too high for now.

just dun go above 4k rpm till 1000km. den change oil.

after that dun go above 5k rpm till 2500-3000km. den change oil again.

after that? enjoy ur zed =D

Yea.......but retain plate from previous bike ( His Father's scraped Gsxr ) total nearly 6k. Black 08 paintwork....very nice LOL.

for running in

 

this is my method, do it at ya own risk

 

i do it with premix, thus more safe

 

mix abit more for running in period

 

warm up engine, do a ride up till half throttle

vary the rpm alot, down shift/up shift thru the gears

dun baby the bike, and whack till half throttle

do it for 15mins and stop

 

cool down engine

 

repeat the above, now rev till 3/4 throttle

 

cool down engine

 

last cycle, whack full throttle, but dun hold for too long

keep shifting up and down

 

cool down

 

now change new gear oil

 

the run in process is done.

hahaha... tune in the shop that at yishun their mecdnic is from malaysia one. they also have their zhan che. their mod bike. try before their x1, very soild, super easy to wheelie. haha.. when i was ridding sp i always follow my friend go to the shop sit sit talk talk, cos my friend do bike there.. first they super friendly. than u can see one indian guy speak chinese.. hahaha funny..

they try to be friendly. let you owe money, than later part tell you that got interest one lei. hahaha.. WTF la. than some the price there quite ex compare to other.. than the worker there attitude also very not friendly, except for the tommy and the aunty and one girl.. any way just personly think that that bike shop suck money one.. just my personal view.. hehe.. no offence to tommy, the boss..
