any advise on how to take out the piston from the con rod any one???

 

 

there is only one pin which connects the piston to the con rod. its is called the gudgeon pin. securing this pin got this clip(i forget what the name uh) must use a sharp and bend down pliers to remove cause its inside a slot. once this pin taken out, can knock out the gudgeon pin then piston can remove.

 

 

 

 

 

 

btw this one i type is due to my seeing experience and also what i learn uh. so u all can try ah. do slowly, no rushhh

is it like normal for 125z to travel from jurong to ahboi spore and back to jurong half of the tank finish oready?

before goin to ahboi i top up full tank oready.

is it normal?

or only my bike tat is abnormal?

i olso using either 3 bucks NGK spark or $5 denso spark plug.. usually use 3 one.. cause i 1 mth change 1 time so ok wat..

use choke la.. haha i olso like that ma.. ONLY ! ONly if i park outdoor carpark.. then must close inginite then kick 10 times, then will start... some more cannot open throttle u open bike die.. must idle for 10 sec then normal liao... if normal my hse mscp morning 1 kick sure start.. i guess outdoor bike easy catch cold la.. normal to me one..

heard it from my fren too dat dere's also tis ting dat needs to be taken out with the circlip plier only den da shaft dat holds the piston can be slot'd out. worth tryin it...thanks

ya,he mech on wheel.. some times do charity...mcm sweet charity gtu ah..haha! joking.. no uh,if no clutch,move of like racing,must push den kick to gear 1..den ur bike will jerk,like jackpot bike uh..hahah! den all the way just kick as pernormal ah,but just no clutch, but b4 push to move off must perah ah jd tk stall

yeah. hahah ride smartly. when u think u no need to rush off to somewhere, then u take care of how u twist that throttle. que up in traffic, move off slowly, and dont be throttle happy. unless u know u dont have time to spare, then thats a total opposite. but bear in mind, safety first.
