To all experience GSX 600 k4 rider..

 

I got myself with a 2nd hand bike which is alittle tall for me. How to lower down the bike to a more suitable height?? 2ndly i notice that the fork is too stiff. How to rectify???

I don't ride a sporty and since nobody chap your post, I will kapo abit. :)

 

There should be 2 rings holding on to the rear spring and there are grooves on them for you to adjust. Best tool is the C spanner but I used an long flat head screw driver and a hammer :)

 

Some sports bike or most of them now have adjustable dials on the fork (top side nearer to you). You can try to play around with the dials but REMEMBER how many clicks and which direction you've turned, in case you don't like what you've changed.

Your fork is stiff becos they have 0.90kg Ohlins spring inside.

 

You can drop your fork through the triple clamp to lower the front

use a lowering kit for ur rear suspension.

 

best is to chip in cash and let the pro do their job. ive eva tried to play around wf my ex 954 suspension dial and almost buang at kje expressway.

 

some famous bikeshop withe their suspension skills, mezzo near motoworld, bikelab at serangoon and sporting motors
