Today, at around 12.45 pm, I was riding along East Coast Road on my way home. At Siglap, I was traveling about 50 to 60 km/h on the first lane, next to the white line divider. As there were cars parked along the road, a lorry took up half my lane but I judged there was enough space for me so I did not speed up or slow down.

While this happened, about 20 to 30 metres in front i noticed two men crossing the road and then stopping on the white line in the middle of the road. I moved closer to the lorry to avoid hitting them but I still grazed one of them. I ended up grazing the lorry as well. The impact was not very hard as i was braking hard but I guess it must have hurt. So, I stopped my bike with the lorry about 20 metres down to inspect any damage. When I stopped, I looked out for the pedestrian but he must've already crossed the road and got lost in the crowd since I couldn't see him. I waited for a few minutes but I saw no one approaching me. I decided to leave after settling things with the lorry driver but i forgot to take down his number or the lorry's plate number as there weren't any damages to both vehicles.

So, should there be any cause for worry?

Should I go lodge a police report or a statement??

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
