Hello,

Mods... if this thread is in the wrong sub-forum, please feel free to transfer to the appropriate one.

I am now in Manila, Philippines and would like to buy a set of Bridgestone BT-016. 120/70/17 front and 180/55/17 rear. These are not available in the Philippines yet.

I tried looking thru the Advertiser's page but could not find anyone who would accept credit card payments and would deliver the tires my brother's address in Singapore as he is coming home tomorrow night and I would like him to bring home the tires.

Does anyone know of a shop that sells these tires at a reasonable price, accepts credit card payments and delivers tires to an address in Singapore? If yes, please point me in the right direction. I only have today and tomorrow to make this happen as my brother is flying home Friday night.

Thanks in advance for your help.

If your brother is in Singapore, why not ask him to buy the tires at the shops. So far I do not know of any shops that does delivery.

And how is your brother going to carry the tires around, they are quite heavy.

Since your brother is in Singapore, I suggest that you get him to call up the shops to check how they are able to help you.

I think he wants to know which shop in SG sells those tyres and his brother will go to the shop, get the tyres and bring it back to him as the brother will be going home to philippines.

Thanks for your reply.

My brother is not a motorcycle lover and refuses to help me source the tires. He is scared about going to the shop during his lunch break, get the tires, travel back to office, bring tires to 4th floor of his building, then bring them back down and travel home after work. I can imagine how difficult this must be especially if you do not have a passion for riding.

I was able to convince him to take it from his house and load it in the plane and bring home from me... but this is as much as he will do. So I will need to search for myself, pay for the tires myself (from here via credit card I suppose) and hopefully have tires delivered to my brother's house.

Oh well... looks like I will not be able to do this in time. Am still hopeful though....

You are going to torture your brother if you ask him bring the tires back to the office. :faint: :faint:

If you are unable to find any shop that sends the tires to your brother's place. You can liaise with the shops to have your brother pickup the tires before heading to the airport. Provided your brother is able to pick up the tires during their operating hours.

Unique Motorsports has the tires. Cost more than SGD$400(front and rear) previously, not sure about price now.

Thanks for all your help guys. But unfortunately I don't think this will happen for me. :( I will just try again next time my brother comes home.

Found BT016 at Unique Motorsports... but they don't deliver and they don't accept credit card payment. :(

There is always a next time... Thanks again for your help guys.
