Requesting Help

Hi all..

sorry if im noob but i cant seem to find anyone who is able to help me...

 

bought a second hand bike and collected it already and have been riding it around..

comes with an arkra pipe..

pipe was registered under the license plate of e bike but the previous owner RETAINED his number plate and so i got a new number plate..

was told that the pipe would still be considered illegal unless i go and inform and change reg name to the new number.. heard also have to go for inspection and stuffs...

 

how can i go about this?

who do i go inform and wad are the procedures?

the cost?

jus sent to yr bike shop

with the previous owner cert

ask the bikeshop sent for inspection for u and to certify yr pipe
