[Group] SBF Kawasaki Cosmos

Hi i saw this bike when i was in my 30s. Thought of getting it but not enough cash. Now thinking back i wonder what is the feeling if i have bought one. Guys and Ladies whom have owned one and rode one can please share what is the joy or heart aches in owning one. It would be even better for all of us to view any pictures if possible(i could not find any on the net). One thing i know that this kup was fast real fast,black in colour and with clutch lever.(In its Class at that time) Thanks a Million:thumb:

Opps Sorry:cheeky: Forgot to mention i am in my forties now. When i was 20plus Hell riding was in the news nearly everyday and 2 stroke bikes was very common then. If i am not wrong, the model of the kawasaki cosmos i mention appeared in the 1990s.

I can only remember as far back as MBX125, LC125 , RXZ133 , RG125 , Panther150Gamma Power ...dun remember any kawa until KR150Kips and Victor200

Yamahas also not forgetting the Lao Ks aka as RXK.

 

Bigger Yams will be powervalve 350s(kenny roberts version).

 

Suzukis also the "John Player Special" Walter Wolve the 4 exhaust monster (its still alive) and one is own by one of the partner of RaceWerks.

Finally,i found the actual picture of the bike(very rare indeed) in a thailand bike forum....http://friendsforever.foren-city.de/images/smiles/a084.gif

 

The bike if in black colour will be very eye catching, as you can see it is in white colour and not in good condition.

 

This bike at that time was very fast for a underbone kup chai, solid pick up and top end. It has full fairing body also.

 

Too bad at that time i was working my butts off trying to sent my three kids to school. Otherwise i would have bought one, price at that time in 198++ was about $3500++ The money was pretty big back then.
