North Thailand Trip

wil go the loop at least to chiang mai, mai hong san, chiang rai, and if have time, round back from Isan to Pattani and Betong

 

Date : 25 Dec 2009 to 9 Jan 2010, total 16 days, but u only need to apply 7-8 leave as there will be Xmas and New Year PH.

Total distance : 9000km

Time to meet : TBC

Place to meet : GP Petronas

This is not a joke... although the plan is early as some may say, it is at least for ur proper planning ($, leave, bike) if u have the heart to join...

wil ride to Betong for 2k Baht, Massage, Sauna, see chiobu, cool air, play corner, hotspring, communist tunnel, winter flower garden, bakuteh, and Channel 1

to be frank, the objective of the north thai trip is...

 

1. completed it in 16 days safely,

2. at least reach mae hong san.

 

other than that, just go n stop n go, OTOT, as a road trip... and I like this way, cos I dun really like to follow fixed plan... and it excite me alot too... the unknown world and town and road ahead... :)

 

but if u r just asking abt Betong... then just go la... no need plan much, its a small town to enjoy... very easy going

my bike previous owner got go thai b4.... dunno he got do e proper procedure.... else i need pay 2000baht for him :giddy:
