when driving a car, I can apply full brake.

On a bike, I cant do that or wheel will lock.

On a bike, I cannot use the front brake fully or I superman.

Can anyone explain how to ebrake properly?

In real life. Simple, don't ride in a manner where you end up having to e-brake, basically going fast.

If you're talking about e-brake during your 2B lesson, just brake gradually like normal and you will eventually stop without flopping about.

You need to do intermittent e-braking (simulate ABS) so as to prevent locking. For most bikes, the distribution of braking between front and rear should be heavily geared towards the front, e.g. 80/20 or 70/30. Rear wheels tend to lock easily for some reason.

Unfortunately, sometimes the situation you are in requires you to do so. Like having vehicles cut into your lane abruptly, It's either you e-brake or you lose your life
