My opinion for Super 4 is that any models are fine. Is a matter of how owner maintain their super4. Basically, in Singapore, most of the motorcyclists maintain their motorcycle very well. Just a matter of parts replacement if the parts have yet to be replaced or are not time to be changed by the previous owner.

You will never know the history of the bike's maintenance. Even if it is good on the surface, internals might be worn and needed replacement.

 

If you have friends who are experienced in S4, get them to view the bike with you. Mileage is a vague indicator, but you can use it to guage what parts replacements are coming up.

 

S4 is a very well designed bike, usually it is just the replacement of worn parts.

 

When you have narrowed down to your final choice, spend some money and send it for inspection, this will let you know the alignment of your chassis. From the emission test you should be able to roughly gauge the condition of the engine.

 

This is just an idea of what can be done, do more research before committing your money.

browse the garage sales.. quite alot there.. otherwise, go to your regular bikeshop and ask if they have any.. i assume you are already riding a bike. otherwise, go to bikeshops which are all clustered together. for eg, upper changi, ubi, paya lebar behind post office, serangoon.. to name a few clusters i went before..
