2003 BMW R1150RT COE till 04/2023

PML Titan Silver Metallic bike with service history at PML with records and receipts, fastiduously maintained and well kept. Current mileage is approaching 53k KM.

 

The previous expat owner hardly used it, so I did a fair bit of maintenance work along with replacing some wear & tear items, also adding accessories to make things safer and more convenient.

 

This bike was bought to scratch the itch for touring the open road, and I have had a chance to do a couple of rides up into Malaysia with my better half. It's been nothing short of a brilliant machine, comfortable, stable, and torquey for relaxed cruising – like moving down the road in a breezy armchair! The 3 original boxes (I had the locks coded to the same key as the ignition) have enough storage for a week on the road with your favourite someone.

 

Everything on the bike works – Electrically adjustable windscreen, FM radio/cassette player, powerful integrated servo ABS, adjustable headlight, IU, etc.

Gearbox, driveshaft, engine oil replaced at Perfection Cycles (Apr '18)

Bridgestone T30 EVO tyres with metal L-shaped valves (Sep '17)

Hagon adjustable F&R touring suspension (Sep '17)

There are some very minor cosmetic scuffs on the side boxes and corners of the mirrors, which I was aware of when I bought the bike, and a couple of the screws are showing signs of surface rust, but it is otherwise in great condition.

 

I realise that I cannot recoup the thousands of $ spent on this bike already, but she has to go to someone who can and will use it to see the world beyond this red dot.

The bike is fully paid and it would be best if you bring cash or you have finance pre-approved. Unfortunately I cannot allow test-rides as my insurance will not cover.
