How to deregister a bike shipped it out, then shipped it back to keep as display

Since gov is giving cold hard cash $3500 to scrap by old bike. I need a exporter who can export out my deregistered old bike out of Singapore. And then import it in as spare parts or display unit. Really want to keep this sentimental value motorcycle. I stay in a condo, so there is a private place(non-public road) to store the classic old bike as safe-keep. Please PM me if you are able to help in this regard. I am not asking to flout the law. Shipping it out legally. And then LEGALLY ship it back in as 'whatever category' it is allowed to be imported in. No intention to ride it.
