WFH or WFO?

Recommended Posts

What does the future of work look like for you?
Struggling to find the right balance between WFH and WFO?
If is WFH, how the boss judge us for work performance as they can see us in office.
For me, i am 60% WFH, i find it i more busy than usual, seem that i can work till late night. Sigh. I trying to "work life balance."

Any tips on this?

50% WFH

50% WFO

while WFH, make sure you really are doing your job and keep update your boss on what you are doing at that moment. When you start or end work, make sure to update your co-worker as well. That's what I've done during covid period. so at the very least, everyone know where is your "whereabout"..

WFO = no need to say la.. Boss see ma.. LOL..

for your issue, make sure you only work during working hours lor.. I never go beyond my 8 hours unless last min urgent case comes up, then just finish that one urgent case.. :)

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Please proceed to this website/web link if you guys have any technical issues on Kawasaki Kips/KR150, I'll update the 1st POST as and when there's a new question. Newbies questions on the top as well. :)

Keeping open communication with your boss. Regular updates and follow-ups not only can show your commitment but also ensure alignment on expectations and priorities. Your boss will feel it reagrdless u WFO or WFH. Keep it up.
