hi everyone, i'm trying to find out more about touring on my atlantic. Also how do you join groups?? As in SBF i mean.

 

i also like to find out where i might get a workshop to disable the side stand safety feature.

It's very easy to disconnect it yourself.All you need to do it to take it out from your side stand...

uncle ziggy will teach you how to do it lor... it is not really that hard anyway... :smile: i think it is similar to X9 one. but make sure you waterproof the socket after disconected, if not wait kennah shot than you will be in big trouble liao... :giddy:

after it is disconnected, does the side stand light still lit up when the stand is down?

The lights will not light up,and everything else remain the same,it's just like you have taken a plug out of a socket.

All you have to do is to unscrew the nut from your side stand and take out the switch( the one with wires attached) that's it,make sure you tuck into your bike securely,so that it will not drop out.

Hope anyone can recommend beside Mah Motor, where I can find Aprilla Atlantic to service my bike or get Atlantic spare parts?

tink Mah is the onli place to get org Altantic parts...

 

some other parts can get from most shop, tink eg engine belt, rollers, oil filter, etc...

 

can try botak for service...

View and buy at Mah Pte Ltd along Serangoon Road. And yes, it's more expensive than the X8. Both using the same engine though.
