Hi guys, need need ur opinion and advice on something. I just got an atlantic 2nd hand and the shop gave me a month warranty on the engine. Abt coming to 3 weeks the water pump stopped working.

Should it be covered by the warranty? The sales person says that the water pump is not covered. Could u guys advice me on this? Wat can I do to make the shop cover the cost?

He just said engine warranty... Tts wat I'm wondering whether it covers the water pump...

The word "Engine" is pretty vague. It's all depends on his definition then and there. All u can do now is negotiate into having the water pump cover under his so-called "engine" warranty, else a complete water pump assembly will set you back $200+. Good Luck.

hi...got a qn to ask...recently my AA rear brake sometime working sometime not working...its like i pulled the brake lever all e way already the brake still not working properly....was told the brake pump kit (not sure the name) is spoilt. any suggestion where to do it?? heard its quite costly.. any advice on this? thanks

It cost me $46.01 from Mah Pte Ltd earlier this mth.

i brought it consider damn cheap.. 1.6k wif everything included, Eg insurance, roadtax and trf, FX plate

ya did my servicing, but after riding back home, my bike cant start... tow the bike back to shop again.. everything is smooth after serviced. but out of sudden, when traffic lite cant start....any idea why?? btw any idea wher can i cut the wind shield??

I experienced something like this before. When the bike "dies", there are two scenarios, one - the engine dies and all lights and indicators are off, two - just the engine is dead but all lights and indicators are still on. Which one is yours?

 

Cut the wind shield? This will affects the overall aerodynamics of the bike. Sure you want to do it? BTW AA parts are expensive to buy.
