i heard that riders can do their bike seats in hatyai.. i am interested to know where issit located?,

issit worth it?.. ,

can anyone give me directions to go there or any address?,

how long does it take for them to reholster the seats?

tink u can dun bother abt gg 2 the shop unless u r spending some time there..

the shop is super bz.....will take days or even more 2 do up ur seat..but its worth the wait.:goodluck:

i did mine in 1 hour.

both rider and pillion seat.

cost of both seats = 200Baht = approx S$8.00

 

if u are standing at president hotel in hatyai, take the roundabout exit at 3o'clock and ride about 200m, its one of the few shops on the left hand side.

I agree with you if you are going there in a GROUP. There's more than 10 wrap seat shop in hatyai, normally it takes around 20 minute to 2 hrs depend on what design you want.

thx bros for responding..

well, i might be spending about 3-4 days in hatyai.. not riding but taking the slow coach.. so might be bringing my bike seat along. I guess waiting should not be a problem then.

 

anyone know the name of the road or even better an address?

 

pauche, thx for the detailed description.. if all else fail, i shall follow ur directions

 

do the shops there replace the sponge of our seat?..

There are so so so many seat wraps shops and lots

more (kup kia) mod shop, helmet shop etc along the raiways stretch

can pay 20baht ask bike taxi fetch u around.

 

But for tried and tested one cushion maker,

ask the season hatyai folks in forum

It should be Rattakarn Rd and along the side road of rattakarn.

Dun worry there r just so many around :lol:

 

The sripoovanart rd that nok97 mention, if im not wrong they do car

upholstry as well, got more option leather and material.

 

But u really have to ask kennysaw and folks who went hy to a

specific one thats well recommended.

i presume the number beside the name Ah-Tin is a telephone number of the place.

just a question, can they speak English? Language is always a barrier esp when talking on the phone.

 

 

If only bro kennyseaw can give the address of a recommended shop mentioned by bro nighthawk here, it would be better.. it also will benefit other riders in the near future..

for mine case, we dun speak thai either, but thru hand sign and abit of english, Ah Tin also do swee swee for us. :sweat:

The owner speaks teochew. Road name is Prathanuthit Road. I did mine in 3 hours and very satisfied. Can leave there and collect later after all the food and fun.

Bro, u can go tis shop Undaman Cushion.. 434 Sripuwanat Rd ( opp . Klongrian Temple ) is somewhere near diana shopping mall. I did my so call corbin ter .. but got to beg the tao kay cos tat time he too many liao:) many singaporean go ter workmanship is SUPER... try to get the map for u...
