Are you getting those Irenium spark plug?? If yes, then you get a very good buy then.

saw some 1 using a denso irenium plug cost $18.50 with no regret.

cant remember what spark plug it is, i asked him whether if he has denso, he said yes but he recommended me some other brand which he said it's better, the name starts with a C, can't remember what brand thou.

i'm fine with the sparkplug price of $10, just that the workmanship of $15 for my glove compartment was abit :giddy: also + the attitude of the A HOOCK.

ok :offtopic:

Please refrain from posting remarks like that as the shop in question might hit you with a lawyer's letter

Well some shops are touchy that way, Drexter's post came after shinkai's post so quite easy to draw reference isn't it?

I think I have said enough on this issue. You can choose to defend your post or take my friendly advice or think that I am overly paranoid. Good day

i went to install my magnum 2 horns at sanfu, they helped me to take out the glove compartment so as to install the big horns inside. and the guy dont know how to put it back haha but cannot blame him as he mostly service sportbikes.

he wanted to put back for me but as i saw that it was about time for them to close shop and thus i asked him not (paiseh to see him work overtime).

and they install the horns at very cheap price of $10 (workmanship). :thumb:

That's really cheap, but curious how come you didn't go to one of the shops more familiar with scooters?

because the scooter shop gave me a price of $25 for installing :giddy: , i ordered the horn from Andy and he recommended me to Sanfu which only charged $10. hehehe.. but i really appreciate the mechanic at Sanfu that helped me, he's VERY friendly and same goes for the people at Sanfu too.

yah can, but positioning it is a big headache haha. because ET8 compartment is very limited and the mechanic and i figured for like a long time before we decided to place it there (the original horn position but slightly below thus need to detach the glove compartment).

oh yah! the sound is really fantastic, loud and clear. this way it's more safe as other vehicles can clearly hear you.

Ok $25 is too ex. Saw a lot of encouraging posts about Sanfu, if I had other bikes I would sure try them out. Espcially like it that they do wheel balancing for tire change

gotta take a look at where u fix it cos my friend wanna fix it on her ET8 as well....

sure, will show it to you when i have the chance to. but let me briefly explain to you the location.

i installed it behind the glove compartment at the front (meaning that i have to de-part the whole back panel) and thus it shows the fork and wiring.

the con of installing there is that the sound is being blocked and not fully utilised the loud sound.

do let me know if u know of new place for installing the horn.

You can try Wonderful Motor as I got my horns fixed there as well and the labour charge was $15. At least they are familiar with scoots so anything they dismantle, they'll be able to put it back.

do you think you spend more on your bike than yourself?

it's like you don't mind spending money to say beautifying/modifying/maintaining your bike rather than yourself?

sometimes i feel this way. i don't mind paying a few more just to get my bike done up. but well, it's still worth it for the extra mileage and lesser transportation money. ^^

Hi there..

The ET8 newbies would to appeal to your kind self to volunteer to bring us into JB for yummy yet cheap meal.

As we are not too famililar on where to go and when is the best time to go... would appreciate it if we could tag along on one of your JB outings...

Assistance rendered greatly appreciated...

Just tell where you wanna go and when. I'll see if I'm able make it. i.e. bring you all there, eat and come back in one piece.

If it's Halal seafood you want. Distance from 2nd link is about 30-40km one way and expect to pay about RM20-30 per pax depending on the numbers.

If it's the Kulai special nasi lemak. Distance is about 50-60km. Price less than RM10. (of cos will cos more if you eat more)

Wanna go Permas Jaya and check out the go-kart plus western also jadi.

Anyway, too many too list la macik.

:cheer:

Happiness - more or less, it's in one's liberty..
