can own a bike without licence?

Hi. I juz like to know if there are possibilities of me buying a bike under the ownership with installation (with no class 2B licence) and someone else with a licence as insurance rider?

 

I would like to get a bike for my cousin but prefer the ownership of the bike to be mind and him riding it.

 

If yes, which place offer this package?

Towing from at least LTA to your season parking carpark. $20+

 

Then when you get the licence, you need to tow the bike for inspection.

After inspection, to buy road tax & insurance. Then can ride the bike.

 

I am assuming that you are assuming that you bought the bike, that already included transfer fees.

if you want lay out your bike, think you have to own aleast ONE YEAR of season parking, need to show LTA when you laying out..

no need 1 year.. i laid up my bike buying 2 months of season parking only and i didnt even need to show lta the season parking. not in their scope.
