This car was parking at my house carpark and taking up 2 bike parking lots.. I was so furious at that time because i had to park way way up on top of the parking lots because of that car.. Any idea how we can lodge a complaint on this car?

My guess will be to lodge a complain to ur town council bro...

Best is to snap a photo the car (together wiz its license plate) and send it to HBD feedback forum.

 

If u can snap a picture of the driver/owner is much much better but must becareful ar.....

Send to HDB for further processing. Cannot let these people get away that easily. Most of these people juz think of themselves.

 

You can also write a small composition. Stating that the upper level carparks are empty (if true la). Dun forget the call Cisco if you see this situation again. Let them get summon.
