The sad thing is, i began to appreciate how my bike perform when it just happened cos there wasn't alot of modifications done. sigh! Now i need a new paint, some accessories and maybe porting? hahaha!

Seth here. who's Md Feroz? And im a newly passed Gilera Runner Rider. When ive got the confidence,I'll give you guys my no. so we can start practicing at the track together. Aku noob ah.

Yesterday i headed down to Tuas circuit and only to find out that i'm the only scooter rider there accompanied with an ang moh guy riding a 250 husky. I experienced 2 lowsides yesterday and crashed almost every practice (but fortunately not yesterday), comments were also pass down to me that my tires were really bad and i needed slicks. But i guess it's impossible to get them unless i ship them over from an online store. Now, does anyone here know what brands are there available for slick tires on the new runner models?

 

My next tire change will be the michelin pilot sport, and having bad tires takes away so much fun when you take a bend! I've never used pilot sport before, so anyone out there have any comments on this tire?

sorry. hoop does not come in 140/60 for 14" rim if i'm corect. they got a 150/70 one.

should be able to fix into your rim but you must check if the clearance of your swing arm and rear hugger is able to facilitate the wider and higher profile.

thats why u low sided. change your front tires to the Michelin Gold Standard will do. slicks tires need time to warm up. the tuas track is not long enough to heat up your tires.

can u explain why? i think it also depends on the temperature of the track to sorta heat and burn your tires properly. hmmm
