Probably I am the one as it is my daily riding jacket. :)

 

You were riding thru heavy traffic that evening towards Balestier along Lavender? I was trying to catch up and say hello but had to take a different route home.

Yeah, I can't stand the slow moving traffic there. Usually, I would ride thru vehicles with care. :)

 

I have a wierd working schedule and I got to work most of the weekend. But, I will try to meetup with you guys as soon as time permits. Bike is very new and I must admit that I still don't understand certain part of it. So a meetup with fellow REXTERS, I can ask some questions which some of you might have valuable feedbacks. :)

I haven't seen anyone with a box yet... heck... I haven't seen any X running on the same road as me yet... :D

 

but there are racks available

 

lol, the only time I saw WR250X... was on the back of the truck and HL Yamaha... I check the UK site, only available in blue and black. But I love the 125 white colour theme.

17 Apr (Friday) - I am working morning shift from 7am to 4.15pm

18 Apr (Saturday) - I am working morning shift from 7am to 4.15pm

19 Apr (Sunday) - Working night shift from 4.15pm to 1.15am (OT is from 1.15am to 7am if I gets the offer)

 

 

As you can see, if I choose to stay out late and yet have enough rest for work the next day. It will be on Saturday night as I can stay out till as late as 5am in the morning.

 

Tentatively, I am fine with meeting up on 17 Apr (Friday) night but I got to go back before 11.30 to catch some sleep for work d next day.

 

Do let me know if any of the above dates is fine for a meetup? I am still puzzled over certain settings on the WRX. Therefore, would like to ask all your opinion when we meet.

which shop ya get the WR125X? So far I saw a couple of unit brought in by LOOI'S motor... very neat let me tell ya... but its too high... for someone like me... :cheeky:

what he meant was, 13.5K On The Road (incl. insurance, COE, Rd Tax etc), 36 yrs is the rider age. So far has yet seen a 2nd hand WR125X, but I saw a WR250X sometime ago... not sure how great is this machine, nid the ryder review.

for me, the new ride's great. fuel consumption wise i'm doing 25-28km per litre.

bar went down to last two and i topped up so not really accurate.

it should be ard 30km per litre. top speed for me(for now) was 111km

but could have gone higher but chicken me wanted to be safe so pulled back.:)

but i may not be really qualified to give any reliable feedback cos just passed

and not enuf experience.

the only other model ive rode(illegally of cos) is my fren's KTM200 & 300.

of cos the WR125X cannot compare to that in terms of power

but i'm really satisfied that i made the choice to get this.

a few words that comes to my mind,

easy-maintenance, good fuel consumption, nice look and it's got all that i want on a bike for now(4-stroke, neutral indicator, cool speedo, motard..)

a pump attendant actually asked me how much i bought this 400cc new bike.. haha..

yes, that's what i meant.

 

my target will be to get my 2A and get a WR250X or higher..
