GRP carbon i got a quote price$520. And LV sbk almost 800.

No offense to gpr user, but i find that LV look more cool? haha!

Maybe because of the Brands? sound so nice...

From my point, i prefer LV, So im getting one soon !!

got difference? maybe sound only. no significant HP gains lah. i think the stock one is way cooler. the after mkt ones make too much noise. scooters ain't suppose to be noisy. just my 2 cents

I think scooterian getting hot. with speed and performance. everything must come in. compare those with non-scooterians, we're almost the same as them, Like (DRZ,wave any manymore) the sound the pick up everything goes in. cheerszac!

I just found out from a specialist runner shop that Michelin Gold Standard tyres are no more in production? =((

If so then what is the new model? The guy did mention that it has better grip and performance..

Anyone has any experience on this new tyre already?

my meter cover is abit 'frosted' due to 5years of exposing to the weather.

and my speed meter points at 20km/hr even though im nt moving/ off engine.

and one more thing. some of the screws on my farring is gone. dunno which f***er go unscrew off

Hi! i believe u are riding 05 model right? my meter also stuck at 20km/hr. its due to a stopper if u look properly. correct me if im wrong. jus gotten my bike for 2 weeks. hehe. As for screw jus asking ur bikeshop or look for it at any hardware shops. my meter cover also 'frosted'. maybe u can consider dismantling it and respray urself. jus my 2 cents. cheers.

hahaha. serious? i thought it was at 20km/hr. gotta take a closer look. hmm. i doubt i will change, like not necssary. the money can be used to do up other parts of the bike. thinking of respraying myself. but the problem is dismantling de cover. lol.

 

 

Anyway, can anyone enlighten me about engine mounting? One mech told me that i have to do engine mounting but im not sure exactly what is it. what does it cause? the symptoms of it? do i have to do it asap?

Hi all,

 

May I check with fellow ST200 owners, how many "bars" does the digital temperature gauge show during normal usage.

 

Mine shows just below the 50% mark (middle marking between C & H), after a long run.

 

Another question: At what temperature marking will the cooling fan be switched on automatically?
