Went down to Lab and tried the MFizz FU, it was able to fit. Need to uncatch the flip-up before I put it in. So got the MFizz (L) instead.

They do not have a XL for RJays Tourtech.

Still have space in front for a jacket, raincoat, parking coupons, etc....

:)

Izzt..i'm uising XL Mfizzi...i will try to uncatch the FU and try again later.

I'm using Original Tyre (MAxxis),what is the PSI to used for Front and rear tyre . Cannot find the answer in the manual.

Bro, check out the maximum pressure indicated on the sides of the wheels. I just found mine. Front's 230 and back's 280. :thumb:

oil-change is the factory setting to remind you change oil, can be reset de.

oh cool man! met a pakcik (mister in Malay) who's a GTS200 rider too another day at Woodlands and he taught me about resetting.

another thing he shared with me is the oil change. according to him, he changes his engine oil once every month to keep the bike smooth and the engine protected.

when asked about the jerks, he told me immediately that it's caused by the belting. he said he has been riding for 2 years plus now and he has had this problem before too. he just changed the belting and immediately the jerks disappeared and for a long long time. gonna change me belting liao i guess. :thumb: my bike really jerked worse than a crazy bull (exaggerated a little) and especially dangerous when doing u-turns at low speed. basically, when the needle hits 10km/h mark, it'll jerk until it's past 15kim/h mark! siao right? lol....

anyone knows where can I change my belting for less than $130?

just came back from test ride. realized when i apply front brake the whole handlebar will vibrate. Without braking, ride is totally smooth. I suspect front disc is bent as previous owned had accident b4. as the bike slows down, the frequency of the vibration gets lesser and lesser. So most probably is the disc brake, or is GTS 200 front brake system all like that? Can current and ex owners pls clarify with me?

maybe call kenny and ask u about it. how much is it going to cost to change to a new disc brake? =(

I'm surprised to hear of another such experience. I've got a few rare vibrations or rather shakes before. I was only going at about 50 or 60 when my whole handlebar shakes in such a way that my wheel will move left right. But the shakes were at high frequency so I could still go straight. I always get frightened by it and will slow down and the shakes will be gone before I accelerate off again.

woah..and recently going above 90 on expressway real can numb my butt lor! haha! the vibration is more noticeable nowadays as I ride longer and longer...the vibs are like...woo-hoo! haha! :cheeky:

I believe Future scootering has a promotion this April month, they change a couple of other stuffs apart from the belting, but it cost more than $130, I recall it is about $155. You can check out the advertiser's board section.

I got my bike for about 6 months already... Went for first service and like you mention, they only change EO. Waiting to go for next servicing, not sure what they will be changing though. I ride only 3 or 4 times a week so mileage is very low.

But there are portions of the manual that is incorrect, for example the fuel tank capacity. Do take note, else it is rather useful.

My bike's mileage is about 21~22km/l. Bike still rather new, so not spending anything on repair yet. But I go back to Heng Motor for my servicing and maintenance.

so how much do they charge for the service u mention? and what do they service on? 28/litre is it the best or anyone higher than that?which part of the bike do i need to pay extra attention on? any idea guys..

go to their website. or go to advertisers board and find their thread. 155 for full servicing on gts 200. 28km/l is the best best with no box. exhaust pipe will have rattling sound sooner or later cos the part inside will confirm break off. nothing much affected but every gts200 will have this problem.

If you stick to this schedule, nothing should go wrong. IF you suay then everything might just go wrong. normal scooter maintenance lor....
